I had some left over wood panels and decided to make a foam cutter. For another project I needed some styrofoam inlays, so I made a foam-cutter with an old electric blanket transformer.
To control the foam-cutter it has the following switch postions.
1. For thin size, 0-10mm,
pieces styrofoam.
2. For middle size,10-50mm,
pieces styrofoam.
3. For thick, 50-150mm,
pieces styrofoam.
By manually turning the styrofoam you can cut out any form you like or what you need.
Unscrew two of the bolts, detach the wire and fold up the frame.
